Bud and Vickie Atchley
Bud started the company with his wife Vickie back in 1986,
looking to supplement his income while working as a
fulltime government employee with the Michigan Air
National Guard . He originally started working with family
in the business in 1976. Bud enjoys working with customers
and instilling a vision in his employees for providing
outstanding customer service. In order to ensure that his
customers get the highest quality of service possible he
encourages his staff to seek continued education and
training which is financed by the company. Bud is a
Certified Chimney Sweep, and maintains a state Builders
and Mechanical license.
Bud has been married to his lovely wife Vickie for 30
years and they have two beautiful daughters, one
granddaughter, 3 grandsons and two wonderful son-n-laws.
When not on the rooftops or in the office, you might find.
Bud serving in his church as an usher, and on two
different building expansion committees. Bud and Vickie have served
on two short term missions trips, Obregon, Mexico to build
a church for a local Pastor and
in the Dominican Republic to help administer
medical aid, medication and surgeries to those in need,
nationals and Haitian refugees as well. Vickie loves taking care of the lawn and gardening.

Tim Thiede
Supervisor and Certified Chimney Sweep
Tim has been with company since 1997, and is a Certified
Chimney Sweep certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of
America (CSIA). Tim
manages the production of jobs to include chimney
cleaning, system evaluation, and restoration. He is
trained and qualified to perform masonry repairs, stove
and fireplace installation and upgrades, and chimney liner
installations.
Tim's interests include hunting, fishing, playing softball
on his church softball league, and most of all, hanging
out with his wife Nikki and one year old son.

Keith Crane
Certified Chimney Sweep
Keith has been with company since 1998, and is a Certified
Chimney Sweep certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of
America (CSIA).
Keith is very proficient in chimney cleaning,
system evaluation, masonry repairs, stove and fireplace
installation and upgrades, and chimney liner
installations.
Keith has education in communication and loves to hunt,
fish and play all kinds of sports. He also is a softball
coach and basketball coach for his three daughters.

Rich Rybinski
Gas Service Technician
Rich joined Home Care Chimney in 2008. Rich makes sure all
required supplies are loaded in the trucks and keeps the
job sites stocked. Rich has worked as a pipe fitter is
also our main gas installer.
Rich has been a real asset to our company and we just love
him! Rich loves spending time with his sons and riding
his flamed out Harley.
